Just a quick note to thank everyone in the company that attended the benefit reading Sunday night! Karla tells me we raised enough to pay a costumer or lighting designer, so that's great!
I was hoping to have had more people at this reading than the first one I did in 2005, but I can say, if you weren't there, you've really missed out on seeing your fellow company members pulling-off another incredible performance.
Special thanks to Mary McGuire, Karla Karanza, AND ESPECIALLY Daivd Garry stepping in for the ailing Michael Merton (the day of the show)! David did everyone proud, and the comics at my club that watched we're stunned to learn he had just taken on the part that day! You made Mr. Merton Proud (and we all hope Michael's feeling better, we miss your energy).
Finally to my talanted cast, a huge thank you for jumping in with both feet (while wearing high heels no less)! I'm truely blessed and proud to be part of this extrodinary company.
